Who Can Enter?
While the Natchel’ Blues Network (NBN) International Blues Challenge (IBC) cannot be considered a purely “amateur” contest, the goal of the NBN IBC is to seek out the best undiscovered blues performers in Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas.
Timeline:
August 31, 2010 – Application due with applicable fee. Must be received by this date. NOT JUST POSTMARKED 8/31/10.
October 17, 2010
11:30 a.m. – band check-in
12:00 p.m. – orientation and doors open
1:00 p.m. – competition begins
5:00 p.m. – competition ends and winners announced
